Despite two orders viz. 3 October 2017 and 7 February 2018 issuing notice to the Respondents, the Petitioners have not supplied copies of the Petition to the office. Moreover, there is no Affidavit of Service filed in respect of the private notice, if any, being effected. 2.

On 28 February 2018 due to paucity of time the matter was not touched and the same stood adjourned to 21 March 2018. Without making compliances the matter was moved by the Petitioners for circulation and accordingly listed today i.e. 12 March 2018.

In these circumstances, the Petitioners are directed to pay costs in a sum of Rs.1500/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee before the next date. In the event the Petitioners do not make compliances before the next date, the Petition to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
