Parties have filed consent terms in MJ Petition No. 1769 of 2017 before the 7th Family Court at Bandra.

The consent terms are accepted by respondent no. 2. Accordingly the amount of Rs. 10 lacs is already deposited in the Family Court which she can withdraw after the marriage is dissolved. At the time of dissolution, additional amount of Rs.10 nilegaonkar 1/2

In view of the consent terms, affidavit-cum-NOC given by respondent no. 2 today and the joint request, we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
