The applicant is convicted for an offence punishable under section 302 of Indian Penal Code. The above Appeal was admitted and thereafter applicant filed Criminal Application No. 686 of 2016 for bail. The said application was dismissed on merits by Division Bench of this Court by order dated 12/07/2016.

Despite above, the instant application for bail is filed. Learned Counsel for the applicant - Mr.D'Souza could not point out any change in circumstances which would enable the Court to consider the applicant's prayer for bail. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the application and the same is dismissed.
