It is an application for condonation of delay of 69 days caused in preferring the Second Appeal.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned for the respondent would submit that, the execution of the sale-deed has been executed in

Rane 2/2 CAS-1376-2018 (sr.21) Friday, 29.3.2019 favour of the decree-holder and no sufficient cause is shown for condoning the delay.

Though the Appeal is rendered infructous, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has shown sufficient cause for condoning the delay. 5.

I have perused the applicant. Sufficient cause is shown, thus the delay is condoned. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
