There is no dispute that the writ petition forms a part of a group that was decided by this Court by an order dated 25.04.2019. This particular writ petition could not be decided on 25.04.2019 along with group of connected writ petitions (Writ Petition No.11078 of 2015 and other connected matters) as the present writ petition was dismissed on the relevant date on account of non removal of office objections. The writ petition has since been

The parties are ad-idem that the present writ petition could be disposed of in the same terms as Writ Petition No.11078 of 2015 and other connected matters which was decided by order dated 25.04.2019 passed by this Court. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of on the same terms as Writ Petition No.11078 of 2015. 2.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, nothing survives for consideration in the Civil Application and the same stands disposed of.
