The applicant is seeking temporary bail on medical ground. The applicant is arrested on 17th October 2021 in connection with C.R No.780 of 2021 registered with Akluj Police Station for offences under Sections 406, 420, 468, 323 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. 3.
The applicant submits that he is suffering from spinal issues and taking medical treatment in hospital. He is presently hospitalized in Civil Hospital, Solapur. He has undergone hip surgery on 29th September 2020.

Vide order dated 10th October 2022 medical report was called from jail authorities. Report dated 12th October 2022 has been submitted which states that applicant has undergone hip surgery. It also states that jail has no facility of keeping indoor patients. Learned advocate for applicant had tendered photographs about hip surgery of applicant and the ailments suffered by him. The report is taken on record. Considering aforesaid facts, the applicant can be released on temporary bail for a period of six months.
ORDER
(i) The applicant is directed to be released on temporary bail in connection with C.R No.780 of 2021 registered with Akluj Police Station for a period of six months from the date of his release on medical grounds, on executing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; (ii) The applicant is permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.20,000/- for a period of eight weeks;
(iii) The applicant shall provide details of treatment given to him to Akluj Police Station;
(iv) On expiry of bail period the applicant shall surrender to custody;
(v) Liberty is granted to the applicant to prefer fresh application for bail on merits after applicant surrenders to custody on expiry of temporary bail;
(vi) Bail Application is disposed off.
