Heard Mr. Vagal, learned Counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Mangaonkar, learned APP for the Respondent-State. 2.

Mr. Vagal, learned Counsel for the Applicant, after arguing the Bail Application for some time and as the Court is not inclined to grant bail, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to fle a fresh Bail Application after a period of six months as the Applicant is behind bar since 11th February 2022. 3.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

However, the Applicant is granted liberty to fle a fresh Bail Application after a period of six months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
