By this First Appeal, the AppellantOriginal Defendant is challenging judgment and decree dated 5th May, 2015 passed by the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane in Special Civil Suit NO. 667 of 2010 holding that the Respondent - Original Plaintiff is entitled sum of Rs.20,00,000/- with interest @18% p.a. from the date of filing of the suit till realization.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment amd decree, I am satisfied that the Appellant has made out a case for Tikam 1/

(a) Admit.

(b) Printing dispensed with.

(c) Appellant to file private paper-book within one year from today with copy to other side, failing which, First Appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.

(d) The Registry is directed to call for R & P immediately.

(e) Learned counsel Mr. Saurabh Oka waives service on behalf of the Respondent.
