By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking to recall the Mohite 1/2

ca3009-16.doc order dated 18.08.2016 passed by this court in Civil Application No.2027 of 2016 dismissing the Applicant's application for restoration of Writ Petition which was dismissed for nonprosecution by order dated 24.06.2016. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I do not fnd any error apparent on the face of the order dated 18.08.2016.

In view of these facts, Civil Application stands rejected. No order as to costs.
