In response to Court's query, counsel is unable to make a statement whether already instructions by issuing Vakalatnama are given by the petitioner to the said lawyer in the matter.

On last two occasions, since none represented the Petitioner, matter was posted today for dismissal. 4.

Even today also, there is no response from the petitioner but for a prayer for adjournment.

As such, the petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
