Perused the application. Inspite of the order dated 9 June 2015 condoning the delay by deposit of cost of Rs.5,000/-, it appears that the compliance was not done in time. Therefore, the Application was rejected by the self-operative order. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that, due to oversight intimation to the Registry could not be given.
