The order impugned in the present writ petition is the interim order passed by the State Government in exercise of power under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. The impugned order dated 14 March 2022. The order is in operation for more than 2 years; hence, it is not necessary to consider merits of the matter. However, considering the grievance made by the petitioner that respondent No.3 is not deciding the revision application expeditiously. Therefore, it is directed that

2-wp-16004-2022.doc respondent No.3 shall decide the revision wherein the impugned order dated 14 March 2022 has been passed by respondent No.3 within 3 months from today.

Parties shall appear before respondent No.3 on 26 March 2024 at 2:30 p.m.
