Since the issue involved in all these Petitions is common, the same are disposed of by this common order. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of parties.

We are inclined to dispose of the present Petitions by permitting the Petitioners to make representation referring to the pension benefits as per the following judgments : (i) Judgment dated 13 October 2014 by Writ petition No. 8256/2013-Shivaji University Teachers Association and ors v. The State of Maharashtra and anr (ii) Judgment dated 31 July, 2014 in Nagpur Bench Writ Petition No. 6517 of 2013 - Ghanshyam Laxmanrao Ingole and ors. v. The State of Maharashtra and ors.

The Petitioners to make the representation, if not 2/3

dgm 3 already made, within four weeks. The Respondents to consider the said representations in view of the law so laid down as early as possible and preferably within six weeks thereafter. All points are kept open.

All the writ petitions are accordingly disposed of, with liberty.

Rule is accordingly made absolute in all the Petitions. There shall be no order as to costs.
