The applicant/appellant who is convicted of offences punishable under Sections 7, 13(1)(d) read with 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, by this application is praying for substituting the surety. Instead of his brother Mahesh Kolambkar, who stood as surety, the applicant/appellant wants his wife to stand as surety for him.
