Petitioners who claim to be residents of the subject area, questioned the decision of the Standing Committee dated 3/6/2016. It is submitted that subject building in which the school was running, became dilapidated and, therefore, the school is shifted to another building, which is also not in good condition. The Corporation decision to construct multi purpose hall is objected to.

The issue raised by the petitioners need not be gone into in writ petition. The petitioners' locus is that they are residents of the subject area. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will file Public Interest Litigation on this issue. 3.

Without expressing any opinion, it is observed that the petitioners may take appropriate steps as permissible in law. In the facts, we are not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction. Keeping all issues on merits open, petition is disposed of.
