Heard. By these First Appeals, the Appellant claimants are challenging the judgment and award dated 26.02.2018 passed by the Reference Court, Pune for additional compensation in respect of the acquired land.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award following order is passed:
