This Civil Application is filed by the Applicant/Respondent seeking permission to repair the house of the Applicant and for expeditious hearing of the Appeal. It is pointed out by the learned Counsel for the Appellant that the house of the Applicant is not subject matter of this Appeal. 2.

It is however, clarified that it would be open for the Applicant to apply to the concerned Grampanchayat for carrying out repair of his house which will be considered in accordance with law.
