By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitionerwife has challenged the order dated 24.9.2014, below Exhibit-23 in Petition No.A-157/2012. By that order, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane partly allowed the application and granted access to the respondent -
2/2 WP/10872/2014 husband for Diwali vacation on 28.10.2014, 01.11.2014 and 06.11.2014 from 11 am to 5 pm.

Having regard to the fact that by the impugned order the access was given only during Diwali vacation which is over, this Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
