Learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks extension of time to carry out amendment in the civil application by transposing the names of the respondent nos.3 and 4 as the appellant nos.3 and 4. Time to carry out amendment is extended by a period of one week from today.

By this civil application, the applicants seek injunction order against the respondents restraining them from creating third party interest in the suit property.

By a separate order passed by this Court on 28th October 2015, this Court has already granted ad-interim injunction restraining the respondents from creating any third party right in right, title and interest in respect of the suit property. No affidavit-in-reply is filed.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of the ad-interim order passed by this Court on 28th October 2015. No order as to costs. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
