Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant of Civil Application No. 2857 of 2016 seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 11090 of 2014 which suffer dismissal for want of prosecution. 3.
For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non appearance of the counsel when the case was called. In the circumstances, the Civil Application is allowed. The Writ Petition is ordered to be restored to its original number.
