We do not find it necessary to dwell on facts since Appeal of petitioner against order rejecting furlough is pending with the State Government.

Learned APP, upon instructions states that due to ongoing Election process and Model Code of Conduct, Appeal cannot be decided.

The Code of Conduct will cease to apply after 24 th October, 2019.

We therefore direct State to take suitable decision on Appeal within next two weeks thereafter and dispose off the petition.
