2] By civil application no. 4325 of 2016, the appellant seeks to amend civil application no. 1618 of 2016, including by way of addition of certain reliefs.

3] I see no reason to disallow civil application no. 4325 of 2016 seeking leave to amend. Accordingly, civil application no. 4325 of 2016 is disposed of. The necessary amendment to be carried out within one week from today and copy of the amended application to be served upon the respondents.
