The learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have arrived at Consent terms wherein they have agreed that the Applicant would vacate the premises, she will be paid certain amount and will be given accommodation in the redeveloped building. The learned counsel for the parties state that the Consent terms are signed by the parties. They request that the Consent terms be taken on record and the order be passed in terms of Consent terms and the Revision application be disposed of as per the Consent terms. Accordingly, Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X'. The Civil Revision Application is disposed of in terms of the Consent terms. The undertakings given in the Consent terms are accepted.

2 1 CRA 35-15 wt CAC 170-15.doc The learned counsel for the Respondent states that the Consent terms are signed by the partner of the Respondent i.e.Salim Jamal Payak. He states that the said Salim Jamal who is present in the Court will personally ensure the compliance of the consent terms. These statements are accepted. In view of the disposal of the Revision Application, the Civil Application is disposed of.
