By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time to deposit the third instalment of Rs. 10,00,000/- by a period of 12 weeks from today.

Perused the papers. On 28.09.2018, the Applicant was enlarged on bail. During the hearing of the said Bail Application, the Applicant had filed an Affidavit and had undertaken to deposit Rs. 71,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court in five instalments. It is not in dispute that two instalments have been deposited by the Applicant pursuant to the undertaking. As far as the third instalment is concerned, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks extension of 12 weeks to deposit Rs. 10,00,000/-.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed and time to deposit the third instalment of Rs. 10,00,000/- is extended by a period of eight weeks from today. 4.

The Application is disposed of accordingly.
