Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that against the impugned order dated 19th June 2014 passed by respondent No.2, an appeal would lie before the Chairman of the M.I.D.C.

2] In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority against the impugned order within four weeks from today. In case, such appeal is filed by the petitioner within four weeks before the Appellate Authority, the Appellate Authority shall not dismiss the appeal on the ground of limitation and shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
