Heard Mr.Murtaza Nazmi, learned counsel for the applicant.

Bail has already been granted to the applicant. However, after hearing Mr.Najmi and the learned APP, I think it proper to give an option of furnishing three sureties for the applicant to make up the amount of bail.

Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and to the aforesaid extent.

Copy of this order be forwarded to the applicant in prison. Prison administration shall do the needful and report compliance.
