Along with advocate Mr. Madhav Jamdar, as he then was (now Hon'ble Judge of this High Court), advocate Mr. Kunal Naik and Mr. Rohan Surve have entered their appearance. 3.

When the last time matter was listed before this Court, advocate Mr. Kunal Naik sought time to take instructions from the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is called out, Mr. Rohan Surve informs that the petitioner has intimated advocate Mr. Kunal Naik, so also advocate Mr. Rohan Surve not to appear in the matter. BGP.

The aforesaid fact reflects that the petitioner has appropriate notice of engaging the counsel as his earlier counsel was elevated to the bench. The petitioner has not taken any steps in the matter. As such, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.

That being so, petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
