The applicant is served with a notice under Section 41A of the Cr. P.C. Learned counsel Mr. Nikam representing the applicant undertakes that the applicant would appear before the Investigating Ofcer within a period of three days from today. Pursuant to his attendance, the Investigating Ofcer shall carry out necessary investigation and in case if he deems to efect applicant's arrest, he shall record the reasons in writing to that efect. If he comes to a conclusion that custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary, he shall give 72 hours notice in advance to the applicant. 2.
