This Application is for bringing legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.8 Sou. Manisha Ashok Patil who died on 08.08.2014.

Civil Application is filed within time.

Considering the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of Sneha Chavan 1/2

"a) This Hon'ble Court may be allow the present Civil Application thereby impleading the Respondent nos. 8/1, 8/2 and 8/3 as the legal representative of the deceased Respondent No.8 as mentioned hereinabove."

Applicant to carry out appropriate amendment within six weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

If amendment is carried out, within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, office is directed to issue notices to the added respondents in pending Civil Applications, returnable after 12 weeks.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
