In this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the correctness and propriety of the order dated 24th August, 2017 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 18th Court, Girgaum where the petitioner is facing prosecution for forgery and cheating. 3.

In view of the prayer made, no notice is required to the other side.
