When this petition was listed on the earlier occasion i.e. 7 January 2016, neither the petitioner was present nor advocate for the petitioner had appeared.

There was a direction to replace the impugned order with a legible copy before the adjourned date of hearing. Leave to amend for that purpose was granted. Office note indicates that the petitioner has not replaced the impugned order till date. 3.

Today the matter was called out for final hearing. Again none appears for the petitioner. By an order dated 22 January 2008 this petition was admitted. However, prayer for interim relief was rejected.

In the circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this petition. It is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
