The petitioner is before us claiming alternate land since his land was acquired for the project of Tulashi Irrigation Project. The petitioner's land was situated at Village Keloshi in Radhanagari Taluka, Kolhapur District. He is seeking allotment of a particular plot of land for his residence since it is convenient for him. 2.

Whether there is availability of land in the particular gat number, whether he is entitled to such land and whether he has complied with the required terms and conditions for allotment are all matters to be considered by the concerned officer who is incharge of the allotment process. In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the ABS

WP 3490-2016 petitioner dated 25th August 2015 and dispose of the same within 3 months from today. If the petitioner is required to furnish any details, the respondent authorities must call for such details and then dispose of the matter.
