Heard the learned Advocate appearing for both the parties. They are unanimously stating that appeal of co-accused bearing No.545 of 2006 is allowed by this Court on 6th July 2010. It is pointed out that the impugned Judgment and Order so far as it relates to accused No.1 has already been quashed and set aside. In this view of the matter, the application for early hearing is allowed. Even otherwise, the applicant/accused is Gaikwad RD 1/2

Hence, list the appeal for final hearing on 8th January 2018 along with connected Criminal Appeal No.554 of 2006. The application is accordingly disposed of.
