Joint prayer by the petitioners and the Respondent No.2 is to quash and set aside R.C.C. No.597/2014 and FIR under sections 498A, 504 r/w 34 Indian Penal Code.

Consent terms were already filed in Execution Application No.67 of 2018 in the Court of 5th Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Thane and have been accepted and acted upon.

Parties state that presently Hindu Marriage Petition is pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Thane and after disposal of present proceedings, decree for divorce is to be passed in said matter. The Petitioner No.1 has today in Court handed over a Demand Draft of Rs.3 Lakhs to Respondent No.2.
