None appeared for the applicant in the morning session as well as in the afternoon session. Prayer in this application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973 is for quashing the FIR alleging commission of offences punishable under section 363, 364A, 387, 341, 342, 324 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The case made out in the application is that the uncontroverted allegations in the FIR do not disclose any offence against the applicant. The learned APP on instructions state that after completion of investigation, a charge sheet has been filed as against the applicant.
In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, the applicant has remedy available before the appropriate Court. By keeping the remedy open, we dispose of the application. All contentions on merits are kept open.
