The applicant has preferred this application through jail, hence, Ms.Apeksha Vora was appointed by the High Court Legal Aid panel to represent the applicant, however, she is not present. Hence, we cancel her appointment and instead, we appoint advocate Mr.Prosper D'souza, who is on the panel of Advocates of the High Court Legal Services Committee, to represent the petitioner in this petition.
