2] It is not in dispute that facts of the present case are identical with the facts in the Appellate Side Writ Petition No.6403 of 2016. The said Writ Petition is decided by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court by an order dated 25th July, 2017. For the reasons recorded in the said order, the present Writ Petitions are also allowed in terms of para 15 of the said order.
