Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has challenged the show-cause notice issued under Section 59 of the Maharashtra Police Act. After that, the matter proceeded further. There was no stay granted and the Petitioner was ordered to be externed by passing the final order of externment. Therefore, nothing survives in this Petition. He seeks permission to withdraw this Petition. 2.

Permission is granted. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn as it has already become infructuous. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
