3] It is pointed out that the applicant is residing at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. HMP No.123 of 2017, filed by respondent is pending in the Court at Civil Judge Senior Division , Vaduj, District: Satara. The applicant being a lady is finding it inconvenient and difficult to travel every time to Vaduj, Satara. She is also having school going daughter. 4] In view thereof, this petition is allowed.

5] HMP No. 123 of 2017, pending on the file of Civil Judge 1/2

49 MCAST 26988 OF 2017.odt Senior Division, Vaduj, District Satara is transferred to the Court at Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel, District Raigad. 6] The parties are directed to appear before the Court at Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel on 17.07.2018.
