1] The learned counsel for the Applicants has placed on record a Notice in the form of Samajpatra dated 13.09.2022 by which the Applicant is directed to report to Police Station, since the offence invoked against him are under Sections 498A, 504, read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This notice/Samajpatra shall be treated as notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C..

Let the Applicants report to the Investigating Officer within a period of three days from today.

The Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. and record reasons in case if he comes at a 1/2
