Heard. This Application is for condonation of 4 days delay in filing the Appeal from Order challenging the order dated 01/08/2014 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in Notice of Motion No.1650/2014 in L.C.Suit No.3388/2013 allowing the said Notice of Motion.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.
