Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

A limited grievance made by the Petitioner in this petition is that the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner before the Revenue Minister for stay of the order dated 14.06.2019 has not been heard and decided by the Honourable Revenue Minister. The prayer for interim reliefs is opposed by the learned counsel for Respondent No.1.

It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Collector had passed the order of status-quo. The order passed by the Collector was Borey 1/2

spb/ 57wp9888-19.odt interfered with by the Additional Commissioner. Against the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, the petitioner has filed the Revision before the Revenue Minister.

As there was an order of status-quo operating before the Collector, in the interest of justice, the statusquo granted by the Collector is continued for a period of 10 weeks from today. Parties to approach the Honourable Revenue Minister. The Honourable Revenue Minister is requested to decide the application for stay or the revision itself within a period of 10 weeks from today.

With the above observations, the petition is disposed of.
