Perused the order dated 24 th April, 2018. Pursuant thereto, Mr. Rohit Gupta, Advocate has submitted his disclosure under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended by the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act No.3 of 2016) (the Act). The disclosure filed by Mr. Rohit Gupta, Advocate is taken on record. Both the parties have gone through the said disclosure and have no objection to the said disclosure. In view thereof, the following order is passed :

i.

The disputes between the parties arising out of the Standard Fire and Special Perils Insurance Policy bearing No.131501/11/2014/731 are referred to the sole Arbitrator Mr. Rohit Gupta, Advocate.

ii.

Parties shall appear before the Learned Arbitrator in his Chamber on 27 th

kpd 2 / 2 921-ARP-142-2017.sxw April, 2018 at 5.00 p.m. and obtain necessary directions. iii.

The Learned Arbitrator shall endeavour to pass his final Award within a period of six months from today. The Learned Arbitrator shall not grant adjournment/s to the parties unless absolutely necessary. iv.

The venue of arbitration shall be at Mumbai.

v.

The cost of arbitration shall initially be borne by the parties equally. vi.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. vii.

The above Arbitration Petition is accordingly disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
