P.C. :
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. In the main writ petition, Rule has been issued. The present application is filed by the 42 applicants seeking their impleadment as writ petitioners. There is a reply filed by the second respondent in which it is contended that the case of the applicants is different from the case of the original writ petitioners. Moreover, the issue of delay in approaching the Court will also arise. Therefore,
2 caw-2157.18.odt it will not be appropriate to allow 42 persons to be added as petitioners in the admitted petition filed in the year 2015. Hence, we reject the application. However, the applicants will be entitled to adopt appropriate remedy in accordance with law. We make it clear that we have made no final adjudication on the issue of possible delay and the issue where case of the applicants stand on a different footing than the writ petitioners.
