Shri Rao, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would approach the Corporation for release of the seized goods and articles by referring to the relevant provisions of the Act and the Rules. The learned counsel states that a representation would be made to the Corporation within a period of 15 days. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition in this background. The learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 states that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and decided within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the same.
