P.C.:- By this application, the Applicant has sought stay of execution and operation of judgment and award dated 18.4.2017 passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T., Mumbai in Claim Application No.2656 of 2012. By order dated 27.9.2017 ad-interim relief was granted by this Court subject to deposit of the entire decretal amount alongwith interest accrued thereon, within a period of six weeks from the date of the order.

Mr. Rajesh Kanojia, the learned counsel for the Applicant has submitted that the Applicant has already deposited an amount of Megha 1/2
Megha 30_caf_3013_2017.doc Rs.53,62,918/-before the M.A.C.T., Mumbai, being the entire decreetal amount with interest.

In the light of above, interim relief is granted in terms of prayer clause (b).

The application stands disposed of.
