The applicant was admitted to interim protection from arrest by order dated 04/10/2022 and he was directed to report to the Investigating Offcer.

Learned counsel for the applicant makes a categorical statement that he has abided by the said order. In the wake of the above, since the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary for investigating the subject C.R., which invoke Section 328 of IPC and the prohibited substance is already seized, order dated 04/10/2022 is made absolute.
