Sessions Court seized with Sessions Case No.26 of 2014 arising out of Crime No.I-351 of 2013 for offence under sections 376 (2) (f) of the IPC r/w sections 4, 5(n), 8, 12, etc. of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 is directed to commence and complete the trial as early as possible and in any event before 31.8.2015 saving just exceptions. In event of trial being not over within the said period liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail subject to himself cooperating for expeditious disposal of the trial, as ordered. (P.D.
