By this Petition, the Petitioner has impugned the order dated 28th August, 2018 passed by the learned J.M.F.C, Court Room No.3, Pune below Exhibit 14 in R.C.C No.1950 of 2018.

At the outset, learned A.P.P, on the instructions of the Investigating Officer-Dinesh Shinde states that the Investigating Officer will hand over a copy of the C.D, which is part of the charge-sheet and as sought for by the petitioner in the aforesaid Petition. Statement accepted. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the Petition. The Petition is disposed of. The Investigating Officer to abide by his statement and hand over a copy of the C.D, which is part of the charge-sheet within one week from today.
