This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring an application for leave to appeal. Heard both sides.

The learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 vehemently opposed the application by stating that no sufficient cause is shown for condoning the delay.

The delay occasioned is only of 44 days. It gets explained in pleading in paragraph Nos.4 and 5 of the instant application. In this view of the matter the following Order : Gaiwad RD 1/2
